Great councils of clouds congregate in these Western skies, sweeping the cattlelands, spinning dust devils upon the plains. They grant no rest, no stillness, no contemplation or repose. They are restless, ready to travel, not yet gone. Verse 8 – the Tao of stillness and leaving. When the sky is clear, it is hot. When the clouds cover the sky, it is cold. Therefore, the sage seeks temperance from within. No fight. No blame.
